My background spans ServiceNow architecture, technical delivery, and consulting leadership, with experience helping organizations navigate complex implementations, integrations, and platform challenges.
I've worked across a range of enterprise environments, from designing technical solutions and solving difficult engineering problems to leading delivery teams and helping organizations make sound architectural decisions.
I founded FlowConfig around a straightforward philosophy: good architecture should be practical, maintainable, and grounded in how the platform actually works. I believe the best technical solutions come from combining architectural thinking with hands-on engineering experience.
